As a Recruitment Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our recruitment and placement services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and recruitment, with a proven track record of achieving targets and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and placement industry.

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and increase revenue.

Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Management:

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client acquisition.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to successful placements.

Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Provide consultative advice to clients regarding recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 3 years of experience in both recruitment and sales roles.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and industry best practices.
