VA with multiple skills

I need a virtual assistant to help work on multiple tasks. Most of which will be getting backlinks, posting comments on blogs, white hat off site SEO tasks, and other misc things. Must be detailed oriented and a self starter. I will not be micromanaging but I do expect good reports on work that is being completed. This can be an ongoing job for the person who performs well.
