We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Link Building Manager to drive our innovative, digital PR-focused link-building strategy. The role involves managing
Starting the role will be hourly. If successful, you will move to part-time and then eventually full-time.

Required skills:
- Proven experience in link building, SEO, or digital PR.
- Strong understanding of domain rating scores and their impact on SEO.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in analyzing website content for quality and relevance.
- Ability to identify strategic opportunities for link placements.
- Experience with
- Strong negotiation skills with a keen sense of value and ROI.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and software (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:

- Website Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of websites to evaluate domain rating scores, ensuring high-quality and authoritative link sources.
- Content Validation: Validate the presence of quality and relevant content on potential linking sites to ensure alignment with client goals and standards.
- Page Identification: Identify potential pages for link placements that would provide the most value and relevance to our clients’ content.
- Anchor Text Determination: Determine the most effective link anchor text that aligns with SEO best practices and client objectives.
- Negotiation: Negotiate link costs effectively using a predefined pricing guide, ensuring the best value for our clients.
- Reporting and Tracking: Maintain detailed records of all outreach, negotiations, and placements. Report on the effectiveness and ROI of link-building efforts.
Communication for the job and tasks will be managed through both Slack, Asana, and Zoom.
Pay Rate: $8/hr to start for up to 20 hours a week with salary review after 90 days. I process payments once a month via my payroll system.
