We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team on a gig basis to organize our company's QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks Online and preferably a solid understanding of US tax regulations.

Responsibilities:
-QuickBooks Organization: Streamline and organize our company's financial data using QuickBooks Online.
-Data Entry and Accuracy: Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of financial transactions.
-Reconciliation: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
-Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
-Compliance: Ensure adherence to US tax regulations and accounting standards.

Qualifications:
-CPA Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
-QuickBooks Expertise: Proven experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
-US Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations.
-Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate financial records.
-Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
