JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a team of 30 representatives to work a seasonal job with the following requirements:

Hours of Operations: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm pst. Must be available on certain weekends. Overtime is a must on specific days. (a full work calendar will be provided upon interview)

90% of calls are inbound. 10% of calls are outbound.

Must have excellent English communication skills.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Must have excellent computer skills.

Call Center software will be provided. (Five9)

You must have a computer, a headset and have great internet connection to handle all inbound calls.

This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals to earn a $4/hour (U.S.A dollars) plus $600 (U.S.A dollars) bonus/overtime every month.

The primary responsibility of this position is to answer incoming calls, screen the caller according to our parameters, enter customers information into our crm, and transfer the call to our call center. You will be paid a bonus $1 (U.S.A dollars) on top of your hourly wage for every transferred customer that buys our product.

If you screen properly you can expect that 50% of your transferred will result in a sale and you will be able to transfer at least 20 calls per day. On busy days you can transfer up to 100 calls.

Paid training begins December 1st for this position.
