Vacation Rental Online Manager

-Airbnb Manager and Handle Calls and Texts.
-Monitor Noise issues and alert Security.
-Send out Welcome letters and get rental agreements signed.
-Work on Event Contracts and documentation. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
-Love for organization and self motivated.
-Possible full time work for successful trial and potential commission per booking.
-Bonus at 6 months term of work.

Must have online platform experience and/or vacation rental management experience
Seo Experience a plus

-2 week paid vacation accrual basis

Pacific Standard Time

Thursday 4pm 1am PST
Friday 5pm -2 am PST
Saturday 5pm -2 am PST

or Local time Philippines
Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 9am-6pm
Saturday 9am-6pm
