We are a US-based junk removal company looking for a full time, home-based phone sales and customer support agent.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks and call log.
- Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and make outbound calls.
- Respond to customer questions via phone call,
- Book new jobs, reschedule and/or update service jobs in our CRM.
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

- Are a self- starter and independent problem solver
This is a full time position. You need to have **excellent English skills**. You will also need to have minimal to no accent when speaking English. If you have a heavy accent when speaking English, please do not apply.
Work hours are 6-7 days a week 7am-7pm **PST** (We will confirm after your interview) You must be available and ready to work on Pacific Standard Time working hours daily.
$4/hr to start, with the ability to earn more + earn excellent bonuses.
