Real Estate Cold Caller and VA

I'm looking for a long term Real Estate Cold Caller and VA. Your duties will include:

- Calling Real Estate leads (both land and active listings) using an auto dialer (BatchDialer)
- Read a script
- Take notes on the call
- Enter interested sellers in the CRM.
- Comping Property and Land (later)

The lists will contain hundreds of leads and we would like you to create 2-5 leads per day.

The requirements for this job include:

You must be a problem solver
You must be able to read and speak perfect English, with little to no accent.
You must be a good communicator and know how to build rappoire with people.
You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and be able to follow instructions.
You must have Real Estate and cold calling experience.
You must be familiar with technology, incluing google documents.
You must be able to prioritize and multitask.
You must be able to work independently.

Later, you may be responsible for pulling your own lists to call, so you must be open to learning how to do that.

We will provide training for all tasks that you will be asked to do. This will be in the form of a Google doc and a training video.

Bonus if:
You know how to conduct market research to assist in property and land analysis.
You know how to find buyers for a property (have experience with disposition)
