JavaScript Programmer

JavaScript Developer

We seek an experienced JavaScript developer with 3+ years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will build and maintain complex front-end applications using the latest web technologies and frameworks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and front-end web development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
• Familiarity with frontend technologies and libraries like Bootstrap, Materialize CSS
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and data structures
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend technologies
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and unit tests (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine)
• Attention to detail around user experience and performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers
• Portfolio demonstrating real-world experience building and maintaining web applications

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack and module bundlers
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
• Contributions to open-source JavaScript projects
