Virtual Assistant

I am seeking an E-commerce Virtual Assistant to manage our Shopify store and PPC ad campaigns. This remote, full-time role requires Shopify expertise, graphic design skills, and PPC management experience.

Job Responsibilities:

-Create compelling Shopify content - product descriptions, titles, images, blogs
-Design infographics, email and social media assets, banners, logos, signage
-Manage Shopify store operations - products, orders, inventory, shipping, returns
-Manage and optimize PPC ad campaigns on Google, Amazon, eBay etc.
-Generate performance reports and recommendations for improvements
-Continually find creative ways to increase store conversion rate and revenue

Skills:

REQUIRED

-2+ years managing Shopify stores hands-on
-Strong graphic design ability - infographics, social media, branding
-Experience running and optimizing e-commerce PPC campaigns
-Excellent analytical approach and data skills
-Proactive with ability to work independently
-Excellent English communication skills

PREFERRED

-Animation/motion graphics skills a plus
-Photography and image editing proficiency
-Video creation and editing skills
