We are on the lookout for a skilled Data Analytics Expert, specifically with expert skills in Google Analytics, including GA4, Google Ads, FB ads, Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager and Looker Studio to join our team. This role is critical for building and fixing conversion tracking for all of our clients, creating simple yet comprehensive reports for email, social media, forms, phone calls, messages, and Google Ads performance. Our goal is that we can track exactly where final conversion leads are coming from through all marketing efforts.

Language Proficiencies:
- Advanced English is required for transcribing voice messages and Loom videos.
- Willingness to engage in voice calls for updates and communication several times a week.

Basic Work Requirements:
- A functional computer with the capability to handle complex data analysis tasks and a stable internet connection is essential.
- Ability to work with 3rd party software developer teams to implement any code necessary
- Experience with collaborative tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for client interactions.
- Our work is within the alcoholic beverage sector (with liquor stores); consideration of this is important before applying.
- Independent task, schedule, and project management skills, with the guidance of our Project Manager.
- Openness to asking questions for clarification or assistance.

Role Requirements:
- Expertise in advanced data analysis tools and software, with a focus on Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Looker Studio for custom report configurations.
- Capability to track conversions for emails, social media (LinkedIn, IG, FB, Twitter), forms, phone calls, and messages through backend integration with Hubspot CMS.
- Development and maintenance of data analytics frameworks and models for tailored client solutions.

Necessary Programs (Existing Expert Proficiency):
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R for data analysis, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a bonus.

- Communication: Slack, Loom.
