Social Ads Video Editor

We are seeking a skilled Social Ads Video Creator to join our affiliate marketing team! As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful video content that will be used in our affiliate marketing business. You will be provided with scripts, voiceover audio software, and access to a library of stock footage to create 1-3 minute videos and image.

We require someone who is available to work between 9am and 6pm Bali time, and has a deep understanding of consumer psychology, marketing fundamentals, split tests, and 3-5 second ad hooks. Our ideal candidate should be able to produce a minimum of 3 videos per day and potentially more for small tweaks on existing videos, each around 2 minutes long and using stock footage.

As our Social Ads Video Creator, your key responsibilities will include:

Creating high-quality Facebook or ---------- Ad Videos that align with our brand and marketing goals
Researching and analyzing competitor videos to ensure our content is competitive and innovative
Developing new hooks (first 5 seconds of video) and opening scenes (first 25% of video) that engage viewers and improve ad performance

Researching and selecting emotive stock footage to create powerful video scenes

Making suggestions for script changes to improve ad performance

To be considered for this role, you should have experience creating Facebook or ---------- Ad Videos and be able to provide examples of your work. If the video meets our standards, we will offer immediate employment. Salary starts at $500/M Full time with potential to grow to $650/M in the next 3 months based on Good performance.
