Role Overview: Looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage our Instagram outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will engage with real estate agents and brokers on Instagram, utilizing a blend of strategic engagement and personalized direct messaging to book sales calls for NVZN Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Identification: Locate real estate agents and brokers on Instagram who match our ideal client profile (lead generation).
Engagement: Follow target accounts, like 3 recent posts, and leave a comment indicating a DM has been sent.
Direct Messaging: Send personalized DMs to prospects using provided scripts, with a focus on booking sales calls for NVZN Growth.
Follow-Up: Comment on another post of the prospect to ensure visibility of the DM sent.
Tracking and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of outreach efforts and progress in a shared Google Sheet.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to personalize messages effectively.
Proven experience in social media management or digital outreach, preferably within the real estate sector.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Available Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week during 9 AM to 5 PM MST
