Dear world-class virtual writer.

We need your help to support the growing amount of fine artists who want our help.

We are looking for an experienced [English writer + Virtual Assistant] to join our team and help our art business coaches increase their cappacity by 2x.

Our flagship 1:1 coaching program, the [Professional Artist Accelerator]( ---------- /accelerator), is centered around helping our students grow the business side of their art.

We assign them a one-on-one coach, craft a custom roadmap to achieve their goals, and keep them accountable month after month.

Your help is needed to bring more light to the world, one artist at a time, by helping our coaches delegate on you their email and coaching messages to students, allowing them to voice delegate to you any new messages via otter.ai or ----------

1. How to process loom and otter voice delegations efficiently and accurately
2. How to enable a coach to double their output by turnig his voice (and transcripts) into finished messages and emails.

You'll work directly with our Art Businesss Coaches: Masters in Art Business & Arts Administration, Ex-Sotheby’s... and you!

- ** Where and when will you work?**

We work remotely from around the world: from Tokyo to London to Los Angeles. That means you have the flexibility to work from your preferred spot - forever. You can also choose your preferred schedule. We only require consistent work from Monday to Friday, and < a 24-hour turn around time.

### **Requirements**

- EXTREME reliability: if you are unlucky, things happen that make you miss delivery with a slight delay on your daily tasks more than once a month, then this is not a good fit. No exceptions will be made regardless of reason. Thank you for understanding.
- Proven work experience as a Virtual Asisstant or similar role (Exec Assistant, P.A., etc.)
- Experience owning email inbox for a business leader or company founder
- Mastery of the English language in written form
- Extraordinary written communication skills
- Experience writing and sending newsletters to audience of thousands
- Tech savvy (comfortable with Gmail, Gcalendar, Zoom, Circle.so…)
- Experience working with SOPs and keeping them updated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus: you like listening to podcasts, reading books, writing newsletters!

### **Benefits**

- 100% remote job from any country in the world - forever
- Flexible hours as contractor (full-time but you self-organize as best suits you, very few meetings, usually maximum once per month after you are fully onboarded)
- Compensation range full-time: up to $1,000 monthly (depending on experience and performance)
- Bonuses: opportunities to increase pay by 10% to 20% of compensation based on additional optional projects
