Business Tax Filing + Accounting

We need someone who can help us with the following:
1. File our corporate tax forms for 4 legal entities (Delaware C Corp and 3 other entities); Form 1120 and any state forms
2. Figure out how to file an R&D Form 6765 for our Delaware C Corp
3. Do our weekly accounting on an ongoing basis

In your application please let me know:
1. Your experience level with filing US corporate tax returns (e.g., 1120 and relevant state forms)? How many have you filed before independently?
