Tasks include: Frontline customer service with phone and email and chat inquiries enquiries 9am-5:30pm AEST, uploading new products and website page optimisation, copywriting and creating social media content.

Our products can be technical and can appear similar but with subtle differences in specifications, therefore accuracy is important. You will need to be reliable with consistent availability during agreed hours, have a problem solving attitude and a passion for learning, as this industry is constantly evolving.
