This job is part-time with the potential of eventual full time, hours are flexible. Seeking a Virtual Assistant who will start out doing the work on his/her own, but as the company grows has the experience to manage all company freelancers and other virtual staff members on multiple platforms (not for about 6 months). I am looking for someone who is kind, a team player, open to feedback, quick to complete tasks and follows through with consistent work. Proficient in the following social media platforms is required: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, and Twitter. Knowledge in the following programs would be helpful: Dropbox, Trello, Hootsuite, Tailwind, Latergram.me, 1Password, Upwork, Fiverr, and Kajabi. Also skilled in Microsoft Office and use of Google docs, canva, video editing, and graphic design.

He/she must be proficient in assigning tasks to all company freelancers and then follow through to
make sure each task is completed up to our standards (in future). Note that I am Mountain Time Zone, and would like to be able to connect occassionaly during work hours. It is mandatory that you use 1Password on all devices and accounts pertaining to our company. He/she must be willing to do a video Skype interview.

Candidates must be very skilled in their understanding of english, skilled in video editing and able to use Adobe Premiere. He or she must have a fast turn around time for edits, work quickly and have the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. Editing skills most needed include adding lower thirds, callouts and popup graphics, screen flows and white board type videos. Candidates must have exceptional English understanding so that you can watch a video and without direction know which "points" or important tips that need to be highlighted during teaching lessons. We are looking for someone
who has a cutting edge style, who is creative, artistic and the ability to turn things around fast, but without missing important details like typo's or errors.

To begin, I am looking for someone to run my social media and help with daily tasks. Examples include Facebook & Instagram engagement, creating content using my words to publish on FB, Insta, Pinterest, my blog, Youtube, etc. I would like to do a “Social Media Trickle Down” where I do a 15 minute video and then the rest goes to you to get it transcribed, make a blog post out of it, make shorter videos for Insta and Facebook, use quotes from it and add matching pictures for all social media platforms, pin on pintrest then link to my blog/website, etc. Overall, you would be using my words but posting to my social media! Watch this video and learn more about what I mean and in your application tell me a specific take away from this video so I know you watched it! : Other tasks will include scheduling posts to groups, creating Recognition graphics on canva, Editing photos to match my brand and adding my logo, tracking social media posts to see which gets the most engagement, archiving all social media to repurpose and re-use, researching hastags for Instagram, helping with Facebook targeting, etc.

A little about me – I am 24 years old and have recently quit my corporate job to be an entrepreneur as a health & fitness coach. My website is exceedthedream (please visit and tell me something you read in there) and my Facebook and Instagram is “Eat Fit by Emily.” Although I am only about a year into this, I have the drive, motivation, and passion to make it work and have an impact to help others. I invest in many courses to I will constantly be learning and sharing the information with you. I have systems that I will teach you what I would like you to do, but I am also looking for you to be better at it than I am! I am open to your ideas and suggestions and would like to be a creative force together. My website is only about a month old, so I would like some help on that too!


Overall, I am looking for someone with the necessary skills, but also someone with a kind and nice heart. I would like to have a good relationship with you and treat each other like family. I am looking for a partner and someone I can trust. We are a super fun, very creative and kind group of people to work with. I love fitness, family, Jesus and nice people with a sense of humor. I am looking for a part-time team member who I can care for, help to develop and hopefully offer full time employment in the future if I am satisfied with the work and relationship.
