Elementor / WordPress Website Specialist

Hello, I am looking for an experienced Elementor and WordPress specialist who can help improve, optimize, and refine my website. I need someone with strong design skills, technical understanding, and attention to detail who can jump in and complete a series of updates.

Tasks include:
- Create a custom, visually appealing menu/navigation bar (beyond the basic default design)
- Optimize the website for fast loading on both web and mobile (core web vitals, image compression, caching, etc.)
- Improve blog structure by adding categories and ensuring posts are organized correctly
- Redesign and enhance the portfolio section to better showcase my work
- Ensure the website is accessible and help bring it closer to ADA/WCAG compliance
- Review and improve overall site design consistency (spacing, typography, colors, layout)
- Check for responsive issues and fix any layout problems on mobile/tablet
- Perform basic SEO setup or improvements (meta tags, alt text, headings, etc.)
- Make recommendations for any additional improvements or best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Elementor (please share examples or a portfolio)
- Strong WordPress knowledge (themes, plugins, site structure)
- Understanding of website accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)
- Experience with site speed optimization and performance tools
- Good communication and ability to provide suggestions or identify issues
