Job Description:
As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success by handling incoming customer inquiries, setting appointments, and providing outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Setting appointments for prospective customers to visit our dealership.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively following up with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes.

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a dual-monitor setup.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
