Reservations Sales Specialist (Hybrid Ortigas)

The primary role of the Sales and Reservations (Villa & Chalet) Specialist is to convert booking inquiries into sales by responding to them efficiently - with accurate information according to the requirements in the least amount of time possible. The job involves responding to emails, chats, and occasional calls, proposing the most ideal properties to the client based on our existing selection.

We are only interested in candidates who are looking for a long-term commitment with a strong hospitality background. This is a full-time job with a considerable amount of challenges, but with tons of learning, earning potential, travel opportunities, and a fun-loving team of hospitality professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Amenable to working on shifting schedule (flexibility is required)
Able to bring your own device
Has a spare phone that can cater WhatsApp
Highly organized with superb attention to detail
Can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
Tech-savvy / able to cross-navigate different online applications
Strong command of English language, both written and oral
Sales-driven, resourceful, decisive, and eager to learn
Willing to work OT when necessary, on weekends, and some holidays
Experience in corporate sales is a strong advantage
Reliable computer, conducive work station, and hi-speed internet
