JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative and Product Uploader. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position is remote and requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Ticket Resolution:

Respond promptly to customer tickets and inquiries to address concerns and provide solutions.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Handle customer disputes with a calm and empathetic approach.
Work towards amicable resolutions to maintain positive customer relationships.

Social Media Engagement and Email Answering:

Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on Facebook, answering emails and providing helpful and friendly assistance.
Maintain a positive online presence and reinforce our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Communication with Fulfillment Team:

Collaborate with the fulfillment team to address order-related issues and ensure timely order processing.
Provide accurate and detailed information to the fulfillment team to enhance order fulfillment efficiency.
Requirements:

Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Empathy: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with customers' concerns.
