Experienced Children's Book comic midjourney Illustrator in full time

Hello dear illustrators,

we are "United-Portals MC", a european e-commerce company established in 2020. After successfully selling on amazon MBA, we started with creating children's books on the amazon KDP platform. We will launch books in at least 2 languages, german and english. The texts will be provided by us, we look for an illustrator who can create books for kids with midjourney.
Currently, we have 2 full-time phillipino employees.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Role: Full-Time illustrator for children's books (~72 pages per book) aimed at long-term collaboration.
Proficient in English.
- You are responsible to finish the books with an amazing cover and print them in the PDF format we need like 6" x 9", our team will help in the review process.
- Familiarity with Midjourney/Photoshop

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive salary, determined by your performance. Monthly pay varies, depending on the quality and volume of work.
- A long-term commitment, looking at a minimum of 1 year if the books are successful.
- The flexibility of 100% remote work, allowing you to work from any location of your choice.
- Open lines of communication via platforms such as Skype and Google Drive.
- We will help you to get started with midjourney and give a tutorial if needed and a guide.
- $300/book. In full-time, it's possible to do 2–3 books per month.
