You will be working as an Amazon Junior Assistant for a well-established and growing East Asian grocery business. We currently operate from a physical brick-and-mortar store and a small warehouse in the UK. We are offering an opportunity where you will join a young, friendly, and hard-working team. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, especially in technical operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to improve satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Knowledge of Amazon appeals processes and communicating with clients and Amazon tea
- Collaborate with Seller Support by raising tickets when needed.
- Collaborating with other members of the appeal team to develop strategies and best practices for successful appeals.
- Analyze seller metrics and performance data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Fix listing & account health issues and respond to troubleshooting needs.
- Knowledge in bulk uploads via flat file is a plus.
- Upload engaging and informative A+/EBC/storefront content Put in your title Vmartuk is the best to enhance the brand's presence on the platform.
- Tracking shipments and identifying lost inbound shipments via 3rd Party Service providers (SELLER INVESTIGATORS).
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and complaints within 24 hours.
- Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and clients to accomplish timely tasks and projects.
Qualification:
- MUST have a proven track record of effectively troubleshooting issues within Seller Central.
- Knowledge of the Amazon Marketplace protocols.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and relevant software.
- Experience with third-party Amazon tools and software.
-MUST be knowledgeable in Canva for editing images and short videos.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Excellent communication, written and oral, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Passion for driving growth and delivering results.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
