Position Overview:
IBEX Roof is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Sales Coordinator to support our sales manager and team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations through diligent review of sales appointments, auditing of sold jobs, providing constructive video feedback to sales reps, and managing sales data compilation and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with a strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving, a passion for sales, and a commitment to helping our team excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Appointment Review: Regularly review recordings of sales appointments to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
Job Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of sold jobs to verify accuracy and completeness of information.
Video Feedback: Provide detailed video feedback to sales representatives, highlighting areas of improvement and missed opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Pull sales reports from our CRM and other systems, compile and analyze data, and present findings to help drive sales strategies and decision-making.
Support and Collaboration: Assist with various sales-related tasks as assigned by the sales manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Coaching and Development: Utilize insights and data to help coach and develop sales representatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching in a clear and effective manner.
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
Ability to work independently in a virtual setting, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
A strong desire to succeed, help the team improve, and contribute to the growth of IBEX Roof.
Experience working with virtual teams and an understanding of the dynamics of remote work environments.
