Seeking an Awesome PHP (nonwordpress) and Wordpress Specialist to Join Our Team

Hi there,

We're looking for a developer/webmaster who is an expert with PHP and Wordpress to be our newest team member. We have two concept sites that need to be worked on. We need a Wordpress design specialist to help put together a site for video marketing and another site that IS NOT Wordpress that we'll be working on as well.

The Wordpress site is already set up, so you won’t be doing anything from scratch. It’s already put together, but you’ll need to customize it. Here is where your web design and graphic design skills come into play. We are using Igloo and would like you to incorporate that and your customizations.

The nonwordpress site is pretty much pure PHP, so you'll need to be the best in the world for this. You'll need to know html and some mysql. The platform we'll be using is Edirectory. It's a membership model.
The front-end was built with the Bootstrap framework, making coding easy. The front-end themes use the CSS grid framework LESS, which makes coding responsive designs fast and easy. We'll need some customization, but it's basically already built.

We aren't looking for you to create or come up with concepts or do anything from scratch. The core is already there. We need you to make it look good and function well. Together, I think you and I will be able to come up with something really great.

A big part of this will be the design, so we're looking also for someone who is well versed in design.
Experience in web design and graphic design will be good. This way we'll know that you understand the importance of how a site looks and you can add your knowledge and artistically inclined ideas.

Attention to detail is critical. Your ability to problem solve is a must. This means that you'll constantly be on the lookout to ensure that things are working correctly.
