Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Experienced)

Responsibilities & duties:

• Conduct outreach to prospects to qualify as leads for our financial company
• Research and maintain lead generation database
• To think outside of the box on various platforms to generate leads
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be able to think outside the box and be innovative when doing lead generation
• Research, track, maintain, and update leads
• Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
• Provide accurate and timely information to management
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
• Assist in managing social media profiles to contact prospective leads
