Hey there! Our Marketing Department is looking for a Video Editor to join our team. We're all about Having Fun, Making Money, and Making a Difference. Our perfect candidate would be a bright professional who has experience in establishing a social media presence, creative content creation, and both short-form and long-form video editing skills for social media. In addition, we are seeking someone who is extremely organized, skilled in data collection, and has project management skills to lead in a direct messaging campaign on Instagram.
As a Social Media Video Editor, you will collaborate closely with our Social Media Manager to achieve daily tasks and overarching brand goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding professionally and engagingly to all messages and comments across social media platforms, fostering positive interactions with our audience.
- Breaking down and editing both short-form and long-form videos to repurpose content across various social media platforms, ensuring optimized visibility and engagement.
- Organizing and consolidating weekly photos and video content for effective and strategic use on social media.
- Collaborating with the marketing development team to brainstorm and organize creative marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Conducting comprehensive market research to understand the target audience's needs, wants, habits, and interests, incorporating findings into targeted marketing campaigns, including the strategic use of hashtags.
- Researching previous successful campaigns to analyze what worked, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies for future campaigns.
- Collecting data on the target audience to inform and optimize recruiting campaigns, ensuring a focused and effective approach.
- Crafting and sending scripted initial messages for recruiting campaigns, maintaining consistency and professionalism in communication.
