Email Marketing Manager for E-Commerce Brands

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This role demands a tech-savvy professional with a deep understanding of the email marketing ecosystem, who thrives on developing and implementing effective email strategies at a fast pace! The Email Marketing Manager will work closely with management, a creative team, and a copywriter, playing a key role in driving our brand's success through innovative email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Oversee the technical aspects of email marketing, including coding emails, ensuring responsiveness across various devices, and seamless integration with email service providers.
- Manage technical issues related to email deliverability.
- Expertly set up and test A/B variations for automations and forms.
- Review, edit, and provide direction for email copy and design, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the project manager to ensure all components of the email campaign are aligned, executed, and delivered on time.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR and the CAN-SPAM Act, ensuring all campaigns are compliant.
- Implement the email marketing strategy effectively and provide weekly reports on campaign results and insights.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong emphasis on the technical aspects of email development, deliverability and speed of execution.
- Proficiency in various email service platforms and a solid understanding of email coding and design principles.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up and testing A/B variations, automations, and forms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear direction to tea ---------- mbers and effectively collaborate with various departments.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality output fast.
- Deep understanding of data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of email marketing laws and regulations.

Location: Full-time, Remote
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday - Friday
Vacation: 7 days paid vacation after the first 90 days
