JOB TITLE
Bookkeeper - w/ experience in US Taxation

SPECIFICATIONS
Work Arrangement: Permanent remote work for PH hiring
Contract Type : Part-time - 2hrs (10hrs/week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday - flexible time and open for a meeting with the client in Korean time
Rate: $6-6.25 per hour

REPORTING TO
CEO

Tasks:
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Update and maintain the general ledger
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
Recording of debits and credits
Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
Monitor any variances from the projected budget

Skills:
-At least 1-2 years of General Accounting Work Experience
-US Tax filing Process
-Knowledgeable in US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
-QuickBooks Intuit online experience
-Finance/Accounting Major - Bachelor's Degree
-MS Excel Expert
-Can do High-Level Presentations (MS PowerPoint)
-Has experience in Preparing Financial Statements / Financial Reporting
