Virtual Assistant - Tech Talent Sourcer (NIGHTSHIFT!!!!)
Note: This is a FULL TIME position.
Note: You MUST be able & willing to work nightshifts / throughout the night.
Note: You MUST be comfortable working under little to no supervision.
Note: You MUST be able and willing to adjust to working in different timezones if / when needed.

- Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
- Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
- Take transcription and handle correspondence
- Handle client inquiries email
- Data entry - CRM
- Research tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Liaison between you and other tea ---------- mbers
- Set-up social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
- Manage and update social media accounts

Description:

You’ll be tasked with supporting our recruitment consultants while working during the night (PH Time) and partnering with our existing team to source candidates. You’ll also:
-Source top talent as per role given.
-Do administrative works related to candidate sourcing i.e., database building, building network of candidates in LinkedIn
-Other minimal tasks

Requirements:

- Experience in remote recruiting OR Experience in LinkedIn Sourcing OR Experience in Software Development OR Passion for Software Development or Engineering OR Experience in IT Tech Support
- Ability to use Google Sheets / Excel
- Analytical Mindset
- Degree educated or equivalent work experience
- Fluent English (Call Center Experience is preferred OR previously worked in International Teams)

Technical Savvy
- Reliable Computer (with camera) and Readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB/8GB RAM/higher)
- Internet connection (at least 10mbps)
- Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation
