We're on the hunt for an E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our growth and manage various aspects of our online operations.

Role Overview:
As our E-commerce Virtual Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day management of our online stores. Your responsibilities will range from product sourcing and supplier liaison to creating captivating product listings and executing effective online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of daily operations for multiple online stores.
Facilitate communication with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with the team to strategize and apply growth tactics.
Develop engaging product listings with detailed and appealing descriptions.
Execute and oversee successful online marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.

Required Experience & Skills:

At least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
Must have experience working for a dropshipping company.
Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), as well as tools like ChatGPT, ClickUp, Slack, Canva, and Excel.
A proactive approach, eager to propose improvements and take charge.
Committed to achieving excellence and ambitious targets.

Working Hours and Location:
