Need a odds comparison site for sports betting

Hi guys,

For a new project i need a site, which compares all odds to other bookies.

Basically it's a job of parsing feeds (xml and API) from the sites.

-) There are 16 specific Bookies i need that compares to each other.

-) Which kind of sports?
- Tennis
- Football (Soccer)
- Icehockey
- Basketball
- Handball

-) It should be updated without a cashed version and max. a few seconds delay for the prebet version.

-) I need the following to be highlighted in green: The best/biggest odds that are higher than 7% of the second highest odd.

-) I want a prebet (bets thats you play before the go live) and a live bet (inplay betting) mode

-) I have a clear picture (layout and details) of how it should look like. So it makes your life easier. I will send you a similar site via pm for those who want to take the job.

-) We want to add user profiles with username and password which only i can change. About 10 will be enough.

-) There should be 2 kind of main modes to choose from. First one is where the top odd has to be 7% higher than the second one. The second one has to find the odd of the other outcome of the game.
