Rockstar Telemarketing VA for Real Estate Consulting Firm

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist with experience in telemarketing who is fluent in written and spoken American English. We are a Florida-based team that helps realtors grow their business by finding potential clients interested in buying or selling their home. You will be responsible for prospecting new sales opportunities, creating appointments, documenting and recording work. Over time, we hope to increase responsibilities to train and manage a team and to determine new and effective strategies to better serve our customers using provided software.

We prefer candidates who have experience in real estate

U.S. based call center experience a plus

Applicants must own a computer system with reliable internet services, landline or cell phone, noise cancelling headset

Qualifications:
A great candidate will demonstrate strong sales tactics; persistence and fluency in persuasion and negotiation techniques, show interest and gain understanding of target markets and specific real estate terminology

Familiarity with Mojo Dialer or similar product

Home-based experience with the United States (mostly the Eastern Standard Time Zone)

Job Details:
Full Time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5pm US Eastern Time

Base Salary- $400-600/Mnth USD depending on experience and qualifications; Opportunity to earn an annual salary increase.
