MARKETING SPECIALIST (Internal Hiring)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Developing and implementing marketing plans.
-Undertaking competitor research and analysis.
-Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
-Setting goals and objectives to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels.
-Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
-Promoting company’s branding through marketing efforts.
-Creating marketing materials for various marketing platforms.
-Identifying the best media outlets to use for product communication, as well as marketing and promotional channels.
-Developing creative marketing strategies based on solid data, then propose recommendable actions.
-Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas including optimization, advertising, direct marketing, and event planning.
-To improve future marketing strategies and campaigns, assist with analyzing marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and brand awareness.
-Maximize and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
-Performing other duties when needed (such as conducting pieces of training)

Job Qualifications:
-Preferably with at least 1 year of marketing and hard selling experience (traditional or virtual) in a corporate or agency environment.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint) and CRM software.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
-Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
-Highly organized and detail-oriented.
-Knowledgeable in using analytics software (preferred but not a must)
-Willing to work in US Pacific Time Zone
