JOB OVERVIEW

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase customer base, and drive sales growth.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Effectively presenting and promoting the company's products and services to clients, showcasing their features and benefits to drive sales.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, social media promotions, and events.
Assisting in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and presentations that effectively communicate the value and unique selling points of the company's products.
Utilizing your presentation skills to effectively communicate and present ideas, proposals, and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing clients inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Generating regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management team.
Participating in product training sessions to enhance product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's products.
Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking events to expend professional networks, generate leads, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments.
Qualifications:

1. Female candidate preferred.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the design industry, lighting, furniture, fixtures & equipment.

4. Strong knowledge of the design industry, including current trends and market dynamics.

5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
