We are Yehey Japan Co. Ltd., a company that was established in 2007 based in Tokyo, ~Japan. We cater to the various needs of Filipinos living in Japan through our sales, tech support, and money remittance services.

We need you as part of our team if you…
1. Have critical thinking skills and attention to detail
2. Can quickly adapt to workflows and processes
3. Can respond to different types of customer characters
4. Know how to sell and provide customer support
5. Have good equipment and fast internet connection

The responsibilities you will have include…
1. Answering customer inquiries through social media, chat, call, and email.
2. Managing customer data, including payment matching, know-your-customer verification, and the like.
3. Handling customer concerns and problems, especially customers needing special care.
4. Coordinating with tea ---------- mbers to ensure timeliness of remittance processes.
5. Accomplishing ad-hoc tasks related to our various services.

Salary: PhP 12,000 for a 30-day probationary period
PhP 20,000.00 per month afterwards, sent bi-weekly

Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week
Expected Shifts: 10-7PM / 11-8PM / 12-9 PM Japan Standard Time (JST)
Company Holidays: December 31, January 1, 2, 3
