We are an Ecommerce company seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Care Specialist.
This position is remote and requires the candidate to work seven days a week during the morning shift, from 5 AM to 12 PM Philippines time.
Responsibilities:
-Process and deliver digital orders to customers promptly.
-Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
-Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including
-Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
-Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
-Strong customer service skills with a positive and empathetic attitude.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-Previous experience in customer care or a similar role is a plus.
