JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Administration Assistant
Salary: AUD $7-8 per hour

Areas of responsibility
1. Monitor Project timelines for installation and removal of cameras
2. Preparing project quotes and sending project invoices
3. Scheduling camera installer
4. Sending and monitoring approval supplier form
5. Monitoring daily the health of the cameras
6. Coordinate battery recharge / replacement
7. Ordering new stock of cameras or materials when necessary Ensuring all requirements such as MHE, Inductions, and approvals have been approved before installation
8. Ensuring all requirements such as MHE, Inductions, and approvals have been approved before installation
9. Ensuring that production team and editing tea ---------- at the project deadlines
10. Sending to clients the final package
11. Monitoring email to get project feedback or requests
12. Developing systems in Notion or similar software for project management
13. Assist Marketing Manager on different requests (Personal Assistant)

About you
• You have experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are have great understanding of Notion & it's database structure
• You have excellent writing skills
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Situation, & Benefits
• Initially, we we will start with a part-time role of 30 hours per week.
• A full-time, salary will be available after an initial period of 30 days.
• This is a remote position.
