• Proficient in MSP Management, Windows Servers, Firewalls, Backups, Network devices, Domain Management and Mail Server Support.

Job Accountabilities:
• Primary call taker for Helpdesk Support calls (non-tiered support); Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Providing remote support to MSPs
• Troubleshooting client common issues?
• Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Day-to-day admin and monitoring of network use
• Managing Ticketing system/Service Board with responsibilities that include but are not limited to assigning new tickets and alerts, escalating tickets, following up assigned resources with regards to completion of the assigned ticket, and updating tickets as deemed based on SLA agreement.
• Report generation
Preferred Windows PC specs:
• Processor: 6th gen Intel i5 / AMD Athlon R3
• RAM: 8GB
• Back-up internet is required (mobile 4G is enough)
• Having a backup laptop is preferred
• Internet: minimum 10mbps download and 1Mbp upload
