Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2C Sales Closer to join our expanding team. As a Phone Sales Specialist, you will be a key player in our mission to provide customers with the latest iPhone, Samsung, and iPad devices. Your primary responsibility will be to excel in over-the-phone sales closing, building trust with customers, and securing the best deals while maximizing margins.

Responsibilities:
• Phone Sales: Master the art of persuasive phone sales to effectively communicate the value of our products and close deals with potential customers.

• Deal Optimization: Utilize your negotiation skills to secure the best deals, understanding that maximizing margins is crucial to our success.

• Customer Trust: Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating product knowledge, reliability, and trustworthiness.

• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily calling and appointment targets, contributing to the team's goal of hitting new sales records each month.

• Flexibility and Autonomy: Enjoy the flexibility to control the pricing and terms of each sale, ensuring a win-win situation for both the customer and the company.

Trial Period: The first 90 days will serve as a trial period, during which you will showcase your skills and compatibility with our team. Exceptional performance may lead to a shorter trial period.

Qualifications:

• Phone Sales Expertise: Proven experience and success in phone sales, with a focus on consumer electronics.

• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal optimization skills, understanding the importance of maximizing margins.

• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet daily calling and appointment targets.

• Internet Stability: Stable internet connection is essential for effective remote work.

• Tech Skills: Familiarity with Go High Level, Excel, and Google Sheets is a plus.
