**Job Title: Resume Submission & Outreach Specialist for C2C Positions**

**Compensation:** $2/hr + $400 bonus per successful hire (looking for 3 positions)

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our efforts as a Resume Submission & Outreach Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the submission of resumes and conducting outreach for corp-to-corp (C2C) positions. This role is pivotal in identifying potential candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

**MUST HAVE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE**

**Responsibilities:**

- Source and identify potential candidates for C2C positions.
- Submit resumes to various job portals and potential employers.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and employers.
- Maintain records of resumes submitted and follow up on the hiring process.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand specific job requirements.
- Ensure that all candidate submissions are in line with the job specifications and company standards.
- Provide feedback and reports on the status of the submitted resumes and outreach efforts.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in recruitment, resume submission, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding candidate information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Compensation:**

- The role offers a base pay of $2/hr.
- A performance bonus of $400 will be awarded for each candidate successfully hired through your submission and outreach efforts. You can make up to $1200 across 3 successful hires.
