Role Overview: *Night Shift must work virtually 9am-5pm MST * This position is for a senior graphic designer/ GHL funnel builder/video editor with 5+ years experience. You must have expert skills in GHL funnels, editing videos in funnels, also be expert at designing images FB banners, FB event banners, Workshop flyers, Free Guides and Book Covers. You will also be helping the paid ads team create FB Ads FB carousel ads and videos. You will be designing for The Data Driven Practice and our members. As you review the description we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. The position will be full time 40 hours per week. Night Shift M-F 9am-5pm MST All bonuses are based on work performance and reaching your KPI’s.

You must be willing to work 9am-5pm MST After seeing your work we will choose who to bring on the team. Ability to use go high level, canva, photoshop, ai video editing tools such as vidyo.ai synthesia, hey gen, etc. Strong English grammar and 5 + years experience in graphic design and ai video editing experience with vidyo.ai and captions or any video editor you choose.

Responsibilities: Your role will be building funnels for The Data Driven Practice and our members. You will be required to work Night Shift works virtually 9am-5pm MST (Creating graphics for funnels, and FB ad graphics etc Videos/posts will be value based tips, facts, education, and testimonial videos) You will repurpose short form and long form videos from our bootcamps, etc and turn them into facebook posts and reels. You will also get custom images and videos and use them to create custom posts, and facebook reels, and also create flyers, guides for the doctors, guides, FB event banners.

Requirements:
This job will require you to have a solid understanding of GHL, graphic design, a Solid understanding of canva, photoshop, English and good grammar skills. Qualities needed to be successful: 5 plus years experience in design and GHL. Honesty, Integrity, HardWorking, Kindness, Determination, Diligence & Fun. Someone who is willing to work night shift with The Data Driven Practice. You will clock in and work 9am-5pm MST. You will need to be a team be a team player and also be able to complete tasks independently. Be willing to over-communicate check in for morning huddles, meetings daily and report end of day work nightly with your manager.
