Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Senior Manager

As a Recruitment & Talent Acquisiton Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, including:

- Sourcing: Identifying and reaching out to potential Insurance & Finance Industry Career candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, employee referrals, leads generated etc.).

- Screening: Reaching out to candidates to assess them and fit for the role.

- Interviewing: Conducting Zoom interviews and evaluating candidates to determine their suitability for specific Insurance & Finance Industry Career Positions

- Onboarding: Onboarding candidates to our Recruitment platform

- Tracking: Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.

Important Note:

- This job requires commitment and we are only interested in people with strong experience in recruitment & talent acquisition (Bonus if you have experience in the insurance & finance industry), who are performers and those who are willing to perform

- Salary will be $900 SGD (39,000 PHP) and above depending on experience
