Bookkeeper/Office Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: KSC Marine is actively seeking an individual to fulfill the role of Office Manager and Bookkeeper on a full-time basis. This pivotal position encompasses a dual focus, with 75% of responsibilities dedicated to bookkeeping, accounting, and reporting, and the remaining 25?ntered around administrative and support tasks. This role is integral to our organization, supporting various small businesses and projects within our umbrella.

NEEDS: The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Excellence in the English language
Competency in QuickBooks
Competency in Excel
Proficiency in Wave Invoicing
Experience with Expensify
Adept handling of accounts receivable and payable
Ability to produce monthly reports and budget reconciliations for multiple projects

PROVISIONS: This full-time position comes with several provisions:
13th-month salary
Annual pay increase
Weekly pay for the first 8 weeks
Monthly or bi-weekly pay after the initial 8 weeks
Flexible working hours
US Public Holidays given as extra vacation
