Gig: Web Consultations - 4-hrs each 1 web developer consultant for aggregator blog | 1 consultant for copyright law

This is a gig. I need two consultants for 4 hours of consulting. 1. A Web Developer Consultant who builds turnkey Aggregator autoblog website with monetization.and knows all the steps to build a turnkey website. 2. Copyright Consultant with expert legal knowledge to give direction on any restrictions or legalities of website aggregation and monetization. Please specify both your expertise and experience.

I will pay your hourly rate for 4-hours consultation. 2 hours to do research before we speak, plus 1-hour conversation, plus 1-hour for an outline summation.

Also, I have two different domain urls that I'm considering to develop. Through this consultation, I hope to also learn which domain has the best chance at success, how to best monetize that website, any legal issues involved with aggregating information from other websites, or any hurdles I need to be aware of.
