Photo Manipulation and Graphic Designer

We're currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our production team, focusing on daily repetitive photo manipulation tasks as well as small weekly creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be comfortable with daily repetitive tasks as well as weekly creative design projects
• Edit and retouch face portraits with the use of Adobe Photoshop and/ or Adobe Illustrator
• Work closely with a member of our team to complete repetitive custom designs to meet daily orders
• Be receptive to feedback and willing to make necessary revisions to meet project goals
• Be reliable, goal-oriented, and able to work independently at your own schedule.
• Ensure all designs meet the specific requirements of each customer

Requirements:
• At least 2+ years of experience with graphic design such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
• We will be able to teach you how to meet our customer's requirements but we are not able to teach the use of the adobe suite
• Reliable desktop/laptop with Windows or iOS Operating System.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software.
• Wired DSL Internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MBPS.
• Some knowledge of other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Walmart, Wayfair

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to follow detailed instructions and workflow every day via Google Drive and possess a quality of patience and determination to meet custom repetitive Photoshop orders.

Half of the day:
This role will receive daily tasks and ensure all photos are completed each day (Monday through Friday) using a schedule that works best for you and your family. We will provide in-depth training and support at all times.

Half of the day:
Weekly product infographic project to be worked on.

Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours a week.
• All of the hours are on flexible time
•We can be reached for help and support CST: 6AM - 8PM
•The schedule is entirely flexible providing all designs for daily orders are met on time

SALARY & BENEFITS
• Salary is $5-$6/hour.
• 13th-Month Pay
• Unlimited Paid Time Off pending manager approval (available after 90 days)

• Salary depends on experience. Paid biweekly.
