Overview: We run a high-ticket coaching business we are looking to hire a tea
Tasks:
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Client Relations Specialist
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken english.
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
Teamwork and leadership skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Functions:

2. Be able to call students as needed to win back disputes and cases.
3. Funding buyback: Manage and deal with all new students who churn on funding and rebound and win or lose the case
4. When a CC dispute is received you get 48 hours to rebound it or refund it before it hits the processor.
5. Deal with all submissions on disputes.
6. Identify cross sell opportunities daily for our sales manager.
7. Manage Trustpilot process. Remove fake or bad reviews.
We will host a group zoom call interviewing all candidates and by the end of the call will pick 2 to test out for a 1 week trial and one will be selected to continue after that first 7 day trial. It will be a paid week trial.
