Our company is currently seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Recruiter to join our team. We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company that specializes in our field of work, and we believe that you could be the perfect fit for this role.
As a Virtual Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier candidates to support our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for utilizing various online platforms and resources to identify and engage potential candidates, conducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, maintain an organized and efficient candidate tracking system, provide regular updates to hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
We are looking for someone with proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, strong knowledge of online sourcing techniques and tools, experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, high level of professionalism and integrity. Most importantly, EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITING IS A MUST!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting and using different software/tools to streamline and organize all potential candidates
- Familiarity with remote work and virtual recruitment processes.
