Takeoff Technician with experience in Bluebeam Revu

Our US based client is looking for a Take-off technician with experience in using Bluebeam Revu and a minimum of 1 year experience in dealing with construction documents, focusing on Architectural Drawings and Specifications. Ideal candidate must be proficient in English and basic mathematics and must be willing to work during US EST hours. Having 2 monitors is preferred.

Tasks include but not limited to:
* Analyze Architectural Drawings and Specifications for accurate takeoffs.
* Collaborate with project teams using software tools.
* Ensure precise calculations and project requirements are met.

Salary is up to US$7/hour depending on the experience and competencies.
