Operations Assistant and Customer Support Representative (Sales)

We are Yehey Japan Co. Ltd., a company that was established in ~2007 based in Tokyo, Japan. We cater to the various needs of Filipinos living in Japan through our sales, tech support, and money remittance services.

The responsibilities you will have include…
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
1. Managing the company’s social media live events (live selling, giveaways) This includes, but is not limited to, managing:
a. through StreamYard, OBS, or similar software
b. through Google Sheets/Website
The company’s live events are expected to be held five times a week from Tuesday to Saturday between 6 PM JST to 11 PM JST.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in the management of sales data and CRM systems.
2. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
4. Answering customer inquiries through social media, chat, call, and email.
5. Accomplishing ad-hoc tasks related to our various services.

Salary: PhP 12,000 for a 30-day probationary period
PhP 20,000.00 per month afterwards, sent bi-weekly

Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week
Expected Shifts: 1-10 PM / 2-11 PM Japan Standard Time (JST)
Company Holidays: December 31, January 1, 2, 3
